A Jury in Walton County awarded this verdict for a back injury in a case in which causation was in dispute. The award is thought to be the largest back-injury verdict ever recorded in Walton County, GA.

VERDICT DESPITE MARIJUANA IN BROWARD COUNTY – $686,000.00

 A Jury in Broward County returned a favorable verdict even though the Plaintiff allegedly had marihuana in his system and was accused of drag racing the Defendant.

VERDICT SOFT TISSUE INJURY IN MIAMI DADE COUNTY – $61,508.79

A Miami Dade County Jury awarded over 15 times the original settlement offer from the insurance company in a soft tissue back injury case. Client refused to accept $1,500.00 for a soft tissue back injury claim in an auto accident case.

MOTORCYCLE VERDICT IN MIAMI – DADE COUNTY & Hi/Lo Agreement
